Good WhatsApp habits for shops

Questions
Can I send these messages from the normal WhatsApp Business app?
Yes. Copy a message, change the words in [brackets], and send it. For more than a few customers, use a broadcast list in the WhatsApp Business app: only people who saved your number get broadcast messages.
How do I send a message to all my customers at once?
The WhatsApp Business app allows broadcast lists of up to 256 people, and only customers who saved your number receive them. To send to hundreds of customers with their names filled in, shops use the WhatsApp Business API through a tool like LoyaltyRewards.
Can I offer a discount for a Google review?
No. Google does not allow rewards or discounts for reviews, and it can remove reviews or warn your listing. Ask every customer in the same friendly way and let them write what they really think.
Will my number get blocked if I send offers?
It can, if many people block or report you. Send offers only to customers who know your shop, not to bought lists, keep messages short and useful, and do not send too often (1-2 offers a week is plenty).
