How the card works for your restaurant
A guest scans the QR code on your table tent or counter badge, confirms their phone number, and the card opens right away. They can add it to their home screen so it is always one tap away.
You choose the style. Use stamps, where every visit or bill earns a stamp, or points, where every bill value earns points. Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers can give your best guests more.

Rewards and staff redemption
When a card is full, the guest gets a voucher with its own QR code. Your staff open the Redeem screen and scan it. A voucher can be redeemed only once.
If you prefer, use the Points & Rewards add-on at ₹1,179 per month. Guests earn points on every bill and use them on the next visit as money off, and your billing counter screen lets staff add a new customer on the spot.

Anti-cheat controls
Guests cannot simply claim stamps from home. A self-claimed stamp needs a scan of your shop QR within the last 90 minutes, and each customer has a cooldown between claims.
If you want full control, switch to staff-only stamps, so only your team adds stamps. Every stamp, void and redemption is kept in an audit trail, so you can check any entry later.

WhatsApp offers to your regulars
With the Online E-commerce Shop add-on at ₹1,179/month, you can send offers from your own WhatsApp Business number. The add-on includes 500 offer messages, and extra messages cost ₹0.59 each. Offers go only to customers who agreed to receive them, using Meta-approved templates, and every message has a Stop offers button.
