LoyaltyRewards gives your salon a digital loyalty card that customers open in their phone browser, with no app to install. You can run stamps for each visit or points on every bill, and take appointment requests from your own shop page.
How the digital stamp card works
A customer scans your shop QR code, confirms their mobile number with a one-time code, and the card opens in the browser. They can add it to their home screen if they want quick access.
When the card is full, it issues a voucher with its own QR code. Your staff redeem it once on the Redeem screen at the counter.

Points on every bill
If you prefer points, customers earn them on every bill and use them on the next visit as money off. You choose the rule in your panel, such as 1 point for every Rs 1 or 100, the value of a point, the minimum to use and the most a bill can be paid with points.
Use the Bill and Points counter screen to enter a mobile number and bill amount, tap once to use points, and add new customers on the spot. Customers can check their balance by sending POINTS on WhatsApp.

Birthday and win-back messages
Birthday, anniversary and "we miss you" messages are sent automatically every day to customers who have opted in. A "we miss you" message can invite back clients who have not visited for a while.

Appointment requests from your shop page
Your shop page can show your services list with prices, and clients can send an appointment request from it. Requests come to a front-desk screen so your team can confirm them.

Keeping rewards fair
Self-claimed stamps need a scan of your shop QR code within the last 90 minutes, and each customer has a cooldown between claims. If you want more control, switch to staff-only stamps.
Every stamp, void and redemption is kept in an audit trail, so you can check what happened. Customers can rate your shop and are taken to your Google review page, and every rating is treated the same. No reward ever depends on a review.
