Keep stamps honest, even on a busy morning
When the queue is long, you cannot watch every stamp. Self-claimed stamps need a scan of the shop QR within the last 90 minutes, and each customer has a cooldown between stamps. You can also switch to staff-only stamps.
Staff redeem a voucher once on the Redeem screen. Every stamp, void and redemption is saved in an audit trail, so you can check what happened.
Birthday cake reminders and win-back messages
Birthdays and anniversaries are cake moments. With the Growth plan and WhatsApp Commerce, birthday, anniversary, thank-you and "we miss you" messages go out every day by themselves, only to customers who opted in.
