Win back members who stopped coming
With the Growth plan and the WhatsApp Commerce add-on, automations can send a "we miss you" message to members who have gone quiet, along with birthday, thank-you, reward-expiry and booking reminders. They go out daily by themselves, but only to customers who agreed to receive them.
