Loyalty Program for Kids at Your Play Zone or Activity Class
Parents come back when their child has a reason to ask for the next visit. LoyaltyRewards gives your class or play zone a digital stamp card that parents keep on their phone, with no app to install. Each stamp is confirmed at your desk, and a full card turns into a reward voucher.
How the stamp card works for kids
Every visit earns a stamp, and when the card is full the parent gets a reward voucher with its own QR code. Your staff redeem it once on the Redeem screen, so there is no paper card to lose.
The card works from the shop's own QR code, so the same card is used on every visit.
- Print the shop QR and table tents or badges from the panel and place them at reception
- Set how many stamps make a full card and what the reward is
- Use the Redeem screen at the desk to close out each voucher
Parents confirm with their phone number
The parent scans your shop QR and enters their mobile number. A one-time code confirms it is really them, and then the card opens in the browser. They can add it to their home screen for quick access next time.
Children do not need a phone or an email address. The card is tied to the parent's number.
- Parent scans the QR at reception
- Parent enters their mobile number and the one-time code
- Card opens in the browser and can be added to the home screen
Keep stamps honest at a busy play zone
Self-claimed stamps need a fresh scan of your shop QR within the last 90 minutes, and each customer has a cooldown between stamps. If you prefer, switch to staff-only stamps so that only your team adds stamps at the desk.
Every stamp, void and redemption is kept in an audit trail, so you can check any card when a parent asks.
- Choose staff-only stamps if children should not stamp their own cards
- Use the cooldown to stop repeat stamps in one visit
- Check the audit trail for any card you want to review
Points for classes that charge by the bill
If your play zone sells entry, food or extra sessions by bill value, you can use Points & Rewards instead. Parents earn points on every bill and use them on the next visit as money off. You choose the rule, such as 1 point for every Rs 1 or any amount you set, and the minimum to use.
- Points earned on every bill, used as money off on the next visit
- Bill & Points counter screen for quick entry at the desk
- Points reminders by WhatsApp or SMS on your own dates, with each parent's own balance
Ask for reviews the honest way
After a visit, a parent can rate your shop and is taken to your Google review page. Every rating is treated the same, and no reward ever depends on a review. Keep the same process for every family you serve.
- Put the Google review QR poster at reception
- Do not offer rewards or discounts for reviews
