Stamp cards for regular attendance
Put your class QR at the front desk or on the studio wall. A student scans it, confirms their phone number with a one-time code, and the stamp card opens in the browser. It can be added to the home screen.
You can run stamps per class attended, or points on the fee value. Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers can thank students who stay for long.

Keep stamps honest
Self-claimed stamps need a scan of the shop QR within the last 90 minutes, plus a cooldown for each customer. If you prefer, switch to staff-only stamps so the teacher gives every stamp.
Every stamp, void and redemption is saved in an audit trail, so you can check any doubt later.
Renewal and reminder messages on WhatsApp
With the Growth plan and the Online E-commerce Shop add-on, thank-you, "we miss you", reward-expiry and booking reminders go out by themselves every day. They go only to students and parents who agreed to receive messages.
Messages are sent from your own WhatsApp Business number using Meta-approved templates, with a "Stop offers" button. You keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.

Trial class requests and recital posts
Your shop page can take booking or appointment requests, so a parent can ask for a trial class for guitar, keyboard, tabla or vocals. The front-desk screen shows the requests.
After a recital, post photos or videos to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn at once, now or scheduled. You can also ask students to rate your class and be taken to your Google review page. Every rating is treated the same, and no reward depends on a review.
Questions
Do students and parents need to install an app?
No. They scan your QR, confirm their phone number with a one-time code, and the card opens in the browser. They can add it to the home screen if they like.
Can I send renewal reminders to all my students?
Only to those who agreed to receive messages from you. This needs the Growth plan with the Online E-commerce Shop add-on, and messages use Meta-approved templates.
