A full card gives a voucher with its own QR, and your staff redeem it once on the Redeem screen. Stamps need a recent scan of your shop QR and a cooldown per customer, or you can switch to staff-only stamps. Every stamp and redemption is in an audit trail.
Reminders and offers to customers who opted in
On the Growth plan with the Online E-commerce Shop, automations run daily by themselves for opted-in customers: birthday, thank-you, we-miss-you and reward-expiry messages. Offers go from your own WhatsApp Business number using Meta-approved templates, with a Stop offers button.
