Digital visit cards your clients keep on their phone
Put your studio QR at the reception or on the mirror. A client scans it, confirms her phone number with a one-time code, and her card opens in the browser. She can add it to her home screen.

When a card is full, the client gets a voucher with its own QR. Your staff redeem it once on the Redeem screen, so the same voucher cannot be used twice.

Refill and win-back reminders on WhatsApp
Gel and extension refills follow a pattern, so a timely nudge is useful. With the Growth plan and Online E-commerce Shop add-on, LoyaltyRewards sends automations every day by itself, only to clients who opted in: thank-you messages, birthday and anniversary wishes, "we miss you" win-back, reward-expiry and booking reminders.
Offers go out from your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official platform, using Meta-approved templates, with a "Stop offers" button. The add-on is ₹1,179/month with 500 offer messages included, and extra messages at ₹0.59 each.

Clients can send appointment requests from your studio page, with your services list (acrylic, gel polish, nail art, pedicure and so on). Your front desk sees them on one screen.
