Put your shop QR at the billing counter. The customer scans it, confirms their phone number with a one-time code, and the card opens in the browser. They can add it to the home screen if they like.

For a pharmacy, it is wise to keep rewards away from prescription medicines. You can choose to reward visits or purchases of general items such as wellness products, personal care or health devices, and follow the rules that apply to your licence.

Reminders and WhatsApp orders for wellness products
With the Growth plan and the Online E-commerce Shop add-on (₹1,179/month, 500 offer messages included, extra ₹0.59 each), you can send reminders and offers from your own WhatsApp Business number, only to customers who agreed to receive them. Messages use Meta-approved templates and carry a Stop offers button.
Automations run every day by themselves: thank-you messages, birthday wishes, a 'we miss you' note, and reward-expiry reminders. You can also share a WhatsApp catalogue of wellness products, take orders with a cart, and send a UPI or card payment link paid into your own Razorpay account.
