No app for customers
The customer scans your shop QR at the counter, confirms their phone number with a one-time code, and the card opens in the browser. They can add it to the home screen if they like.
Print the QR badge or table tent from the panel and keep it near the billing counter.
Repeat orders on WhatsApp

Self-claimed stamps need a scan of your shop QR within the last 90 minutes plus a cooldown per customer. You can switch to staff-only stamps, and every stamp, void and redemption is in an audit trail.
