No. LoyaltyRewards is the loyalty, booking-request and WhatsApp marketing layer. Keep your billing as it is; staff add visits or points from a phone or the front-desk screen.
Can I have different rewards for hair and spa clients?
Yes. Set the stamps needed and the reward for your program, and use points with tiers if you want bigger rewards for higher bills.
Will my staff need training?
Adding a stamp or redeeming a voucher is one scan or one code on the Redeem screen. A setup guide inside the panel walks you through the rest.
What does it cost?
