A live guest count for caterers and banquet halls
Ask the host to share their ShaadiCount caterer report, or run the invitations for your clients yourself. You see confirmed guests, the likely headcount with a range, plates with buffer and the veg / non-veg split per function, updating as guests reply.

Why it matters for you
Food cost is decided by the final count. A count built from written replies, with "maybe" and "no reply" shown separately, lets you plan with the host instead of arguing after the event.
What the caterer report shows
- Most likely headcount, with a low and a high number, overall and for every function.
- Plates to prepare with the buffer the host chose (for example 5%).
- Veg, non-veg and Jain plates, from the answers received so far.
- How many guests confirmed and how many have arrived, live on the day.
It updates by itself every minute and never shows guest names or phone numbers, so hosts can share it with you safely.
Offer it to your clients
- Add it to your packages as a value-add: "WhatsApp RSVP and live headcount included".
- Use the monthly plan for unlimited events.
- Use QR check-in at the hall to show actual arrivals.
Create your event: start with ₹99 for 25 invitations
Questions
Does the caterer see guest phone numbers?
No. The caterer report shows numbers only: headcount, plates, food split and arrivals.
Can I use it for corporate events too?
Yes. Any event with a guest list works the same way.
