Columns: Name (Ramesh Sharma), Mobile (98450 12345), People (4 = the family of four), Group (Sharma family, Pune / College friends / Office), Side (bride, groom, friends, office, vip).
Fill it in, step by step
- Start with each family on both sides, then friends, office and neighbours.
- Write the mobile number used on WhatsApp (10 digits is fine; +91 is added for you).
- Put how many people each invitation is for: the family of four is one row with 4.
- Use Group for "Sharma family, Pune", "College friends" or "Office", and Side for bride or groom.
- Save as Excel or CSV and upload it in ShaadiCount, or paste the rows straight in. The same number twice is added once.
Guests without WhatsApp (often elders) can stay on the list without a number; call them and mark their answer yourself so every family is counted.
How to organise a big guest list
- One row per invitation, not per person: the "People" column carries the family size.
- Use Group to keep families, colleges and offices together; it helps seating and follow-ups.
- Use Side so each family can see and chase its own guests.
- Keep one master list and share the live dashboard instead of copies on five phones.
Create your event: start with ₹99 for 25 invitations

What about guests without WhatsApp?
Leave the mobile empty or keep it: you can mark their answer yourself after a phone call.
