Corporate event RSVP on WhatsApp
Send one WhatsApp invitation to every employee, dealer or client, with Yes / Maybe / Can't come buttons. Answers, plus-ones and veg / non-veg counts add up on one dashboard, reminders go by themselves, and QR check-in at the door shows who actually came.

Why email RSVPs fall short
Emails and forms get buried, and a reply-all thread is not a headcount. Most teams in India already live on WhatsApp, so an invitation with buttons gets answered in seconds, from the phone, without a login.
Typical uses
- Office Deepawali, Christmas or New Year party: food counts and plus-ones.
- Annual day and awards night: confirmed seats per team, check-in at the hall.
- Dealer and distributor meets: confirmations by city or company group, arrival details and stay needs.
- Offsites and town halls: who is coming, transport and room planning.
- Client events and product launches: invite only people who know your company and count real attendance.
Set it up for a company
- Create the event and choose the kind (corporate event, customer meet, launch).
- Upload the employee or dealer list from Excel: name, mobile, people (1 or 2 for a plus-one), group (team, city or company).
- Turn the food question on or off; add a reply-by date.
- Press Send from your company's WhatsApp Business number, or from our invitation number in your company's name.
- Share the check-in desk link with the front desk on the day.
Create your event: start with ₹99 for 25 invitations
