Event guest list template you can fill in Excel
Download the free template: one row per invitation with Name, Mobile, People and Group. Fill it in Excel or Google Sheets, then upload it to send WhatsApp invitations and count every reply.

Columns: Name, Mobile (10 digits is fine), People (how many may come on this invitation), Group (team, flat number, city, class or company), Side (optional).
Tips
- One row per invitation: a family, a flat or a person.
- Use Group to filter later: by team for office parties, by flat for societies, by class for birthdays.
- The same number twice is added once.
- Keep people without WhatsApp on the list and mark their answer yourself.

Can I upload my own Excel file?
Yes. Headings can be in any order: Name, Mobile / Phone, People / Pax, Group / Family / Company, Side.
