Seminar and workshop registration on WhatsApp
Instead of a long form, invite people on WhatsApp with three buttons. A "Yes" is a registration, the dashboard shows seats taken, a reminder goes the day before, and QR check-in at the door shows who attended for your certificates and follow-up.

Set it up for a seminar
- One invitation per person: set "people" to 1 (or 2 if a colleague may come).
- Turn the food question off unless lunch is served; switch it on for full-day workshops.
- Several sessions? Add them as functions (Morning session, Afternoon session) and people choose.
- Set a reply-by date to close registrations; reminders stop after it.
Good for
- Doctors' CME talks, chartered accountant and lawyer seminars
- Business networking meets and chamber events
- School and college workshops, parents' orientation
- Training sessions for dealers and channel partners
Attendance you can prove
The check-in desk records who arrived and when. Download the list for certificates, CPD hours or follow-up messages to people who registered but did not come.
Create your event: start with ₹99 for 25 invitations
Questions
Is a WhatsApp "Yes" a valid registration?
For most seminars and workshops, yes: it is a written answer with the time it was given. For paid events, collect payment separately; InviteCount does not sell tickets.
Can people cancel?
Yes. They reply CHANGE on WhatsApp or open their invitation link, and the seat count updates.
